Membership Education is not limited to the first few weeks of a man's time in the Chi Phi Fraternity. We strive to educate our members on how to be better men throughout his time in the organization. Resources are provided on everything from academic achievement to career planning with a continued focus on the overall development of the individual member.
Chi Phi uses several services to assist in the education of our membership. The following is a list of those resources and general information on the company or service.
GreekLifeEDU is an online prevention program designed to meet the needs of college students who are members of Greek letter organizations. This population-level prevention program is designed to challenge students' beliefs about alcohol, hazing, and sexual assault while enabling students to make healthy and safe decisions. Capital Fraternal Caucus Group represents the governing bodies of fraternal organizations with regards to our needs on the National level with the Government. Please visit www.fraternal.com to register and learn about current issues faces the fraternity and sorority population.
All Chi Phi Fraternity members have the opportunity to join the Brooks Brothers Corporate Membership Program. As members, local stores will provide wardrobe and interview attire workshops for member Chapters and Colonies. As an added benefit, all registered members also receive a 15% discount in Brooks Brothers store and online. Contact the William M. Phired Up Productions is an education firm that provides a Dynamic Recruitment Workshop. The Chi Phi Fraternity works with Phired Up to educate our membership on positive methods or recruiting and developing communication and interpersonal skills. More information can be found at www.phiredup.com.
Each year the National Fraternity and Chi Phi Educational Trust produce a Resource Guide and planner for all Candidates for Membership. The planners are also available to initiated members upon request. A downloadable copy of this resource is below.
