Regional Leadership Alliance
|
This year the Chi Phi Fraternity will be hosting another six Regional Leadership Alliances. With one already a success and the Northeast region implementing what was learned, we now look forward to our other six regions. All six RLAs will be held in February throughout the country. As you are making plans, the following list of dates, locations and information on the Sunday event should help you schedule your trip.
February 5 - 7 University of North Florida Ritual
February 5 - 7 University of California - Davis Recruitment
February 19 - 21 University of Texas - Austin Ritual
February 19 - 21 Oglethorpe University Recruitment
February 26 - 28 University of Maryland Ritual
February 26 - 28 University of Illinois Recruitment
The RLAs are free to attend and hundreds of members participated in RLAs last year. The members benefitted from the comprehensive Chapter-development programming and instruction. This year’s program will contain even more samples and examples, as well as an increased faculty and even more resources. Chi Phi encourages its Chapters and Colonies to take advantage of this opportunity as fully as possible by sending as many members as possible. Both initiated members and candidates for membership benefit greatly from this program. Post RLA events on Recruitment and Ritual occur on the Sunday following RLA. RLAs are a great way to learn about being a leader, being a Chi Phi and learn from other Chapters and Colonies. Register your Chapter or Colony below.
This fall we piloted an Alumni Education Track with the RLA. We will be continuing the program at each of the spring RLAs. The Alumni Track will be held at the same time as the traditional undergraduate (beginning at 10am Saturday morning and concluding at 5pm Saturday night). Alumni should register on the same form below. Please remember the recruitment events are a presentation from Phired UP productions and is limited to the first 50 people.
