Second Annual New Brother Weekend
Ever wondered what it’s like at other Chapters? Like, what kind of local rituals they have, their best recruitment ideas, how they plan to be a Brother and live the values of Chi Phi throughout their life, etc. The New Brother Weekend focuses on deepening and developing personal growth, leadership skills, Brotherhood, and creating a roadmap for one’s life as a Chi Phi Brother.
The 2025 New Brother Weekend’s inaugural year being our Bicentennial was no accident. We look back to learn from the past, maintain open discussions in the present, and prepare for the future. This program focuses on the same – connecting Brothers from across the country with different local histories, sharing ideas on growing themselves and the current Undergraduate Chapter, and how Brothers will become an active Alumnus with access to their Chi Phi Network.

Etiquette Dinner Saturday
During the weekend you will learn soft skills to help you navigate both professional and interpersonal spaces. For example, you will get to learn exactly which fork is which and when to use it when it comes to formal meals.
On the other hand, learning how to describe your experience with Chi Phi to others in in your life. For example, a parent or support person, interviewer, friend, partner, etc.
Being able to describe your experience, how it has benefited you personally, and helped you grow professionally is key. Different people in your life are more interested in different information, how it impacts you, and how they can support you. Knowing the who, what, when, where, why, and how will help you cater that message.
