Leadership Consultants are primarily responsible for providing support and services to Chi Phi Fraternity’s undergraduate Chapters and Associate Chapters and providing administrative oversight of the expansion process. They contribute to the successful administration of the Chi Phi Congress, the Regional Leadership Alliances, Alphas and Thetas Academy, Regional Ritual Retreats, and various Chapter workshops and trainings.
The Director of Education is primarily responsible for developing the educational programming for our Undergraduate members. They must coordinate the successful administration of the Chi Phi mission, values, and vision by supporting chapters, active members, and alumni through various avenues. The Director of Education must build relationships between the National Office and our Undergraduate and Alumni members.
The Director of Undergraduate Services is primarily responsible for providing support and services to Undergraduate Chapters. They will coordinate the successful administration of the Chi Phi mission, values, and vision by supporting chapters, active members, and Alumni through various avenues. They will build relationships between the Fraternity and its host institutions, Alumni, and key individuals within each Chapter. The Director of Undergraduate Services will oversee the following areas of the Fraternity: Undergraduate Services, Associate Chapter development, Risk Management, and the Accreditation Program.
