The Director of Growth is a senior-level professional position responsible for leading Chi Phi Fraternity’s growth strategy. The position oversees Chapter recruitment education, Associate Chapter development, expansion strategy, growth coaching, recruitment marketing, PhiredUp coordination, and the implementation of Chi Phi’s growth system across the Fraternity.
The Assistant Director of Member Services and Project Management is full-time, exempt professional position responsible for supporting the execution, coordination, and accountability of Chi Phi Fraternity’s National Office initiatives, Chapter services model, health and safety education, accountability outcomes and project management systems.
The Chapter Consultant is a full-time professional position responsible for providing direct coaching,
support, training, and support to Chi Phi Chapters and Associate Chapters. Chapter Consultants serve as
front-line representatives of the National Office and play a critical role in helping undergraduate
Members, Chapter officers, Associate Chapters, alumni volunteers, and campus partners build healthy,
values-based, high-performing Chapters.
The Growth Consultant is a full-time entry-level professional position responsible for supporting Chi Phi Fraternity’s national growth strategy through expansion work, recruitment coaching, Associate Chapter support, and direct assistance to Chapters needing additional growth and recruitment support.
The National Office Intern is a flexible, project-based internship position designed to support the work of
the Chi Phi National Office while providing undergraduate and recent alumni Members with meaningful
professional experience in fraternity operations, nonprofit administration, communications, technology,
project management, growth, and Member services.
