Leadership Consultant

Leadership Consultants are primarily responsible for providing support and services to Chi Phi Fraternity’s undergraduate Chapters and Associate Chapters and providing administrative oversight of the expansion process. They contribute to the successful administration of the Chi Phi Congress, the Regional Leadership Alliances, Alphas and Thetas Academy, Regional Ritual Retreats, and various Chapter workshops and trainings.

Coordinator of Growth

The Coordinator of Growth is primarily responsible for the external growth of Chi Phi and providing administrative oversight of the expansion process on member campuses. They are an integral part of the National Office team that works to recruit Associate Member Founding Fathers, engage Alumni, and support Chapters with Recruitment goals.

Director of Undergraduate Services

The Director of Undergraduate Services is primarily responsible for providing support and services to Undergraduate Chapters. They will coordinate the successful administration of the Chi Phi mission, values, and vision by supporting chapters, active members, and Alumni through various avenues. They will build relationships between the Fraternity and its host institutions, Alumni, and key individuals within each Chapter. The Director of Undergraduate Services will oversee the following areas of the Fraternity: Undergraduate Services, Associate Chapter development, Risk Management, and the Accreditation Program.
