Manager of Communications & Services
The Manager of Communications & Services is a full-time position responsible for developing, managing and maintaining the Fraternity’s digital and interpersonal relations with Members and partners of the Chi Phi Fraternity. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistent support for Chapters and Members through a variety of outreach efforts, while helping advance the Chi Phi Mission, Values, and Vision through effective communication, Member engagement and service coordination.
Leadership Consultant
Leadership Consultants are primarily responsible for providing support and services to Chi Phi Fraternity’s Undergraduate Chapters and Associate Chapters and providing administrative oversight of the expansion process. They contribute to the successful administration of the Chi Phi Congress, the Regional Leadership Alliances, Alphas and Thetas Academy, Three Star Academy, and various Chapter workshops and trainings.
Growth & Expansion Specialist
The Growth & Expansion Specialist is an essential position in the Fraternity and is one of the most important and rewarding. The Growth & Expansion Specialist will be the face and voice of our Fraternity as we: (1) expand Chi Phi to new Colleges and Universities and (2) help grow our existing Chapters.
As you move from the Chapter to the career path, this role provides a fantastic opportunity to sharpen your skills in public speaking, sales, prioritizing tasks, and networking with Alumni, Staff, and Grand Council Members across the country.
