Alphas & Thetas Academy

This prestigious annual leadership training is held every January for Chapter Presidents and New Member Educators.

Alphas and Thetas are presented with the tools and resources needed to lead their Chapters and to navigate the unique challenges presented to them. The curriculum throughout the weekend focuses on developing their own leadership traits and strengths, an understanding of leadership theory, and practical application of these theories, as well as an opportunity to engage with previous Chapter Alphas and Thetas, Trust Leadership, Grand Council members, and other Alumni.
