New Brother Weekend

Ever wondered what it’s like at other Chapters? Like, what kind of local rituals they have, their best recruitment ideas, how they plan to be a Brother and live the values of Chi Phi throughout their life, etc. The New Brother Weekend focuses on deepening and developing personal growth, leadership skills, Brotherhood, and creating a roadmap for one’s life as a Chi Phi Brother.

The New Brother Weekend’s inaugural year being our Bicentennial is no accident. We look back to learn from the past, maintain open discussions in the present, and prepare for the future. This program focuses on the same – connecting Brothers from across the country with different local histories, sharing ideas on growing themselves and the current Undergraduate Chapter, and how Brothers will become an active Alumnus with access to their Chi Phi Network.
